No-one is replacing anyone at the moment as we haven't even had the agm and a vote. I'm still undecided myself and will attend the AGM and vote on whomever presents the better vision and road-map for the company moving forward.
I agree with the majority here that performance of management and directors over the past 2 - 3 years has been lackluster at best with the failed merger just one example of some pretty questionable decisions. That being said, change for the sake of change doesn't necessarily equal a better outcome so lets see who can deliver a better pitch to SH's.
