It really is concerning what I am reading and is being inferred here. I am also surprised that the ASX has not reacted to the latest announcement.. I would have expected a "Please Explain" clarification. I am not sure if it is common practice for them to refer this to ASIC but I would have expected eyebrows rising everywhere.

I am guessing this is not the end of this but first task is to decide who should be running this company because I still believe there is potentially a great resource here.

I think it is important for all Shareholders to vote on this one because I am presuming Ernst will be pulling out all stops..
