It is very concerning what I have read in the Directors statement from Anthony McIntosh. I can also see why Ernst is holding on.. It will be very interesting to see how many documents "disappear" if a new management team takes over?

If this does turn out to be correct what is written, I hope the new Directors take this point up because potentially shareholders have been robbed of an asset and it would make sense to look for some sort of compensation here. Of course the first thing is to get the facts on the table for the board to decide whether they want to take it further.
