AVZ's only vantage point here is a document which seemingly stamps their claim to the tenement but if it was as black and white and clear cut as shareholders believe, this would've been resolved long before now.

And, dare I say it, if the govt is conscious about the image and reputation of all of this, they would've cut through all of this noise before now as well. The fact it has dragged on is a huge red flag imo, hence the smoking gun comment.
