My understanding is the terms of the SPA's with Dathomir stipulate disputes must be heard under a properly convened tribunal. But Dathomir's tribunal action last year didn’t meet that criteria. Thus no foundation in law according to AVZ. Its a position they have maintained from the outset and appear pretty confident of a firm legal footing.
