Employing a lawyer, who tells you he is going to lose the case in question for you, is not a smart move.
It is counterproductive, unless you wish to lose that case.
How much chance do you think the Chinese have to bribe the ICC in Paris in a public arbitration case, on a scale from 0 to 100?
It would not be smart for France and/or the ICC to be seen as a corrupt organisation in the business world, while all the eyes of the business and political world are trained on them.
It is obvious you put your money on the Chinese to win this case, by bribing their way as their CCP dictates, outside China.
Inside China the rules are different and stealing from the State could finish you up with a bullet in the back of your head, so simple, why waste more than a bullet.
There is also more to lose for Zijin + China than only Manono.
Zijin and CCP would love to steal and control the entire lithium business in the DRC.
But at the end of the day the entire Chinese involvement in the DRC will become under the spotlight.
I don't think Xi will be that impressed about this lowball stuff up.
In the world it is not smart to throw your name in the gutter for all to be seen.
It becomes a bit "buyer be aware, a convicted thief is homing in".
I don't know if you are aware of the raid on Ivanhoe's office (Zijin's partner in the DRC) in Canada, by the Canadian Mounted Police recently, because of suspicion of fraud in the DRC.
If they do this with Ivanhoe, I wouldn't be surprised that the shredders in AJN and Tantalex offices have been doubled up and are making overtime.
Just a few minor points.
AIMO!
