    The first box just proves the AFR's point

    I had a similar impression.

    Seems AVZ is rejecting the allegation of the AFR as characterized by AVZ themselves (I haven't read the AFR article so I don't know if the word "hid" was used in it) on the basis of that word as opposed to "considered" and "assessed" and then not disclosing for the relevant period.
