I did read them. They have done their due diligence no doubt. You cite the increased premium was for "defending civil or criminal proceedings that may be brought against them". But you leave out the many other considerations taken into account when determining the amount of premium and coverage. I won't bother to list them all, but you can get an idea at Legal Vision as an example. Additionally, with posters like yourself blurting out threats of class action lawsuits on this forum, I can't say I blame the directors after reading these types of threats. Keep up the good work.
