Best thing to do is ring or email the ASX and ask them if they are comfortable with everything AVZ has done and disclosed to date. If they don't have any issues, a class action will not get far. Normally the ASX would write a please explain letter to the Coy and then they respond back with their points clarifying their position. I have not seen one of these letters in the 8 months in suspension. When talking about non disclosure issues, ASX would be all over it from Day 1. if not, then the ASX would also have some explaining to do.
