Many including myself have been discussing and forming views over "possible" cause for action for a significant time now (we've been 8 months in suspension in case you hadn't noticed)

More and more information has come to light (through extensive digging and some tireless work by some) which has illuminated many facts, the timeframe of events, the dates on which the events occurred, when the company was actually aware of those events, what actions the company took in relation to those events and when some of these material events were (or weren't) announced to the shareholders and the broader market under the requirements of the continuous disclosure obligations

Don't get me wrong

I'm heavily invested and have investigated and discussed these matters with other learned, intelligent, open minded and questioning investors

I absolutely want AVZ to succeed and hope Nige and Co are playing a seriously good game in this godforsaken mess but I have become mindful of potentially significant shortcomings in the area of disclosure and fiduciary duty given what is finally coming to light

I've been in positions where my actions have been governed by prescribed obligations

I've been in positions where the Directors and Officers Insurance specifically applied to me and my actions and know full well what it means and how the coverage requirements are assessed

Don't let the name Winenut fool you....I like wine but I'm not a layabout drunk getting on the turps all day

If you were a board member or director, how would you construe the above? How would you mitigate the risk? Honest questions from my end. P.S I'm not at all emotional.
