hardly worth wasting one’s time even after 20 beers ; worse case the company drops to $50-60m asset worth if ML is gonski ; over and out 3.5b+ shares ; minus $10m out for legal fee returns say $45m left over / 3.5b shares = circa 1.3c a share . 1m shares = 13k
I reckon risk reward would be a no brainer . You’d wanna have rocks in your head to run with class action
