The stock's been in suspension for all that time

One of the cap raises/placements was Dec 2021 @50c

Those participants are not up 4-5 bags (and neither are the majority of shareholders who purchased between May 2021 and May 2022)

I can't predict what price AVZ opens up at when it returns to trading any more than anyone else can

Omni Bridgeway have decided to take "their" chosen course of action in their assessment of the situation

I don't have anything to do with it.....and for anyone to say "I" am responsible and "made" that action by Omni Bridgeway happen by posting some questions on this forum about AVZ disclosure obligations over the last 2 days and having discussions about it is absolutely delusional to the extreme

I post some fairly wide discussion points both ways (Management Disclosure Obligations/ Boatman Capital / AFR Tommy Richardson/Journalistic Obligations/Remedies/Actions in relation to both, ASX responsibilities and interplays for shareholder protection)....anyone can go ahead and read those and any other posts I've made over the course of quite a few years....it's a public forum....go and have a look....and that was just AVZ stuff I mentioned ....it's not the only stock I own or commenton by any means

But according to some I'm personally responsible for the proposed Omni Bridgeway Class Action....which was posted on their website on the 18th December

I'm not the Omni Bridgeway CEO for goodness sake.

They didn't read my posts and discussions over 2 days in relation to AVZ disclosure questions on this site (or others) and then "suddenly decide" to put together a whole potential AVZ class action with reference notes, details, participant parameters and then construct a full section on their web site dedicated to it and post it up for the universe to see

It's ludicrous....even just the timeframes make that an inplausible possibility

What a completely irrational and ludicrous notion has been put forward by some on this particular forum (and others) in relation to that matter

Omni Bridgeway did not see a few questions and issues raised by me on Hot Copper and decide to launch a potential class action....fullstop

I am NOTdirectly responsible for what has transpired and I am specifically NOT responsible for Omni Bridgeway announcing their actions on the 18th Dec 2022

So just quietly, and for the record, @cruiser51 and @Obe wan you can pull your collective heads in on that one, get off your high horses and stop intimating or directly saying that is the case

These matters have become an ongoing issue for discussion on open forums and in the public domains for up to 8 months

@cruiser51 you've proved yourself to be aggressive, arrogant and ignorant (on more than one forum).....simple

@Obe wan.....I actually thought you were a bit smarter and had a bit more understanding of the enormity and breadth of these complex issues and the machinations of AVZ, the Board, Dathcom, Dathomir, Cominiere, The DRC Govt, the ASX, Felix, Mupande, the Princess Adele Kayinda, MMCS, Lukonde, Boatman, the AFR (the list goes on) and how all of that has massive implications for Nige and the AVZ team to be playing a seriously good and a seriously straight bat with the authorities and ensuring disclosure compliance with the broader market back here in OZ

And yes.... I've taken into consideration the need for Nige and the Board to not show all their cards in relation to potentially sensitive information in the ongoing, difficult environment regarding the issuing of the Mining License for PE 13359

I havediscussed various actions in the event that this unfortunately turns very sour on this forum no doubt

And if there is any issue with the disclosure obligations from the AVZ board then I will absolutely look into that

I never said I was going to start a class action "now".......

What I have indicated is that "IF"this turns out poorly for investors and "IF" it is found there are issues with disclosures and obligations from management under the continuous disclosure requirements then I will definitely look to remedy that by whatever means I can which could include a class action

I would do that for any stock I held...... if the situation unfortunately warranted

I won't say anything more because apparently (according to some observers) all the massive legal firms, the big players, the heavy hitters around the world, Simon Cong, Zijin, Cominiere, Klaus, Mupande, Nige, Omni Bridgeway, The AFR, Boatman Capital, Der Geist, Adele Kayinda and all the other "bad actors" in this current mess have their eyes firmly pivoted on me and my thoughts and postings over the last 2 days regarding management disclosures on Hot Copper
