Doesnt make sense to reject some of these claims, yet here we are suspended for over 6 months now, directly as a result of these claims being made

afr have nailed it, avz have failed in their continuous disclosure obligations.

if these claims had no merit, why is the company still suspended?

I'd love to see what the legal costs incurred are for the past 12 months.
