What people don't understand is that the ASX are closely working with Mgt on all these matters and vet everything that gets released. To say that Mgt hid this from shareholders is so incorrect it's not funny. If there was a matter that needed shareholders attention, AVZ would release the info. If that didn't happen and the ASX found out, Mgt would get taken to task and market would know about it already. You don't think that AVZ trolls and detractors haven't already complained in droves to the ASX about non disclosure? Yet, ASX have not announced anything that contradicts AVZ's position. Even today's Ann would have been vetted by the ASX that covers this very issue.
