    Actually it was news to me that Zaijin had also taken Dathomir to court.

    Seems to have taken a long long time for AVZ to finally take Dathomir to court though. Could this not have been done months ago?

    Anyhoo, if the ASX is happy with proceedings and CATH is still on board I will be happy enough.
    This is a shitty start to finally getting the funding though.
