Clearly AFR Tom does not seem in favor of AVZ as well.

Recent ASX announcement by AVZ regarding AFR articles clearly summarizes the situation about how words are being twisted to generate fear among shareholders by social-media, Short-focused hedge funds, Financial news websites. Thereby creating an atmosphere of fear and uncertainty for AVZ and AVZ shareholders.

I believe as shareholders we are all in this together,
Decision by BOD to approach ICC to get these allegations sorted once and for all seems the right way to go instead of approaching DRC courts.

Its going to take some time but will surely settle all the dust that this storm created by DRC-social media- short focused hedge funds - Financial news channels have created.

The decision to stay voluntarily suspended is painful and is locking away the capital invested but to think otherwise thecae price would have been decimated by now on account of all unproven allegations.
As shareholders I think we would rather wait and prove ourselves right instead of loosing our capital to false, unproven allegations by some individuals and organizations.

But AVZ just admitted they knew about the ownership dispute July 21 and said nothing until May 22 .....

They may think its spurious and immaterial but I for one would have wanted to know in July 21 not almost a year later .
