The first box just proves the AFR's point - they knew about the dispute in 2021 but chose not to tell shareholders, thinking it was "spurious" and "without merit". Then when they finally did tell shareholders, it was only because of negative social media going around? Righto.
Guess it's a total coincidence that shortly afterwards they had to go into suspension, where they've been stuck for seven months, awaiting international arbitration on the same matter they thought wasn't worth disclosing with shareholders.
