AVZ has stated numerous times in announcements that only an internationally recognized tribunal can rule on the Dathomir claim. No courts in the DRC can make such a ruling. If Mgt tells SHs that only the ICC can rule on the Dathomir claim and no one else, why would I care what a DRC court ruled if it has no bearing on the outcome? If what AVZ has told us is incorrect, that's a different story.
