Well a lawyer who is about to earn hundreds of thousand of dollars, maybe millions is not exactly going to turn away the job is he?

All lawyers are representing their client on the previso on winning the case based on law, yet one wins an won loses, both had legal grounds to begin with apparently.

Chinese based companies are a force to be reckoned with over there. Australian companies are far more out of their depth than Chinese over there.

Brown paper bags, intimidation, threats, black mail and bribery all standard Chinese- African practice. A few mill here and a few mill there and then whoever did have legal right has gone out the window..

I honestly hope it goes the way of AVZ. I would rather more Aussies profit from the mine than not but I would be placing my bets on the Chinese unfortunately.
