ROB -RMG Im think they will have to do another CR again down the track unless they find a project with immediate cashflow.
SBL is actually a good example of the Tisia Nominees and JK Nominees/Forrest Captial.
JK Nominees became a substanital holder on the 08/11/2006 with 25,000,000 shares.
Tisia Nominees became a substantial holder on the 20/11/2006 with 25,000,000 shares.
20/2/2007 - SBL appoints new directors - review resource opportunites.
22/2/2007 - Tisia Nominees ceases to be a substantial holder.
27/2/2007 - JK Nominees ceases to be a substantial holder.
IMO which is probably going to wrong, is we MAY see a push from the ascent boys, on the back of a new acquisition, than new board members and finally see the dots joined and hopefully see what holloman have in store for RMG. Steinpreis to step down and than another CR at a higher price with serious dollars to develop the projects they have.
