My understanding is the $4m comes in and then, with the issue of these options, there's another $5m future potential if and when these are exercised - which all of us here assume will occur. If that understanding is correct then that's icing on the cake

I had a slight hope for an SPP but over Christmas and the timelines that takes, I'm not surprised that we took this route. This is what's had a hold on the SP, IMO, and finally the doubt of the route to take for the cash is cleared and we can get on with it.
