Appreciate the response, however the proposed issue of securities notification (Aug 6th 2021) does not match the terms of the disclosure document released today.

The company has changed the terms of a potential scaleback markedly and some investors may have taken action based on the Aug 6th release in order to make funds available to participate on a first come first served basis.

Beyond that, I firmly believe that if a company formally notifies the market of an intended method it is neither fair nor reasonable to change.

HCH now has 2 different formally released documents that do not match. Is a new proposed issue of securities lodgement required to bring both documents in line and prevent any secondary trading complications arising?

The 2 documents are intended to go hand in hand.
