Using the figures from p20 and converting the convertible notes to shares, fully diluted we will have a bit over five billion shares on issue:
Total Shares on issue at completion of the Offers and Placement 4,358,296,315 1 Total Options on issue at completion of the Offers and Placement 431,946,276 2 Convertible notes, equivalent in shares 208,379,838 3 Performance rights granted to Company managers 80,000,000 4 TOTAL 5,078,622,429
To put that in context, a $1b market cap would equate to 20c per share, $500m to 10c, etc.
That puts our current fully diluted market cap (@4.2c) at $213m fully diluted.
