surely as CE referenced in his latest interview, HCH and Glencore will finalise the offtake terms over coming months and this will essentially be the debt/ funding arrangement that will form the basis of the BFS and FID to mine. I'm hopeful the offtake agreement with Glencore will take us through and cover most of the CAPEX.
