They are doing a 10 for 1 stock consolidation and raising $3m by way of selling a minimum of 15m shares at 20c with potential for upsizing the capital raising to $4m (20m shares). The stock will probably be in trading halt for a few weeks whilst they iron out the capital raising and name change to Mozambi Coal. One could assume they will also change the ASX code to reflect the new name more appropriately.
