This sounds stupid but....could somebody clarify this for me.
The Offer is being made as a non-renounceable entitlement issue of two (2) Sharesfor every five (5) Shares held by Shareholders registered at the Record Date at anissue price of $0.015 per Share (together with one (1) free attaching New Optionfor every two (2) Shares subscribed for and issued. Fractional entitlements will berounded up to the nearest whole number.
Does this mean on top of the 2 for 5 offer, i'll get another share every for every 2 shares i own...on top for free?
