Disappointed that ASX and ASIC would even entertain the idea that capital raisings can now be provided by BNPL providers which this basically is.
Smart money allowed to buy shares and sell to unsophisticated investors and pay back the money once they have recovered the funds.
All very high risk and not worth the punt. Hopefully it imploded and the administrators are called in before they get the opportunity to spread a new virus into the corporate world.
