It is paperwork to release the performance shares. (go to section 4)
The directors are happy with the performance so far and are releasing the shares. (approx 1.2billio shares)
I do believe that the amount of these shares is ridiculous, A reward of 24million is a crazy amount. Though this has always been a thorn in my side with these guys, but I'm happy its now over and done with.
lets hope it doesn't damage us too much....
