Yeah. I am surprised that in the original prospectus last year and during the restructure to becoming a new mongolian csg company did not include a consolidation of the 3.4billion shares (3-1 or 5-1).

Raising capital is a key part of the exploration game so surely forsight of this should have been on managements radar then.
TPD only a few months ago did their 10-1 consolidation as they are coming to a critical time in their existence.

This $1000 raising formality (or trick?) cost $9500 to do. I wonder who the lucky selected person putting in the $1000 is for 50000 shares.

(Assuming performance shares are trading soon - exact trading date is something I have noot looked into yet)
Capital is needed next and its now even more dilutive raising capital with another billion shares on issue (25% more).
Less the the 33% Talon stake about to be given over.
Timing of all of these dilutive events all occuring at the same time will be tricky.
(questionable management foresight?)
Do they need these performance shares trading right now for 2c if they are here for many years and expect SP multiples higher?

The ease of obtaining these performance shares is always something that has irked me.
The gas thicknesses were already known from historical drill records so hitting a 50m coal seam in first 3 drills seeed like free shares to me for activities that give away 33% of rights that were not really exploring.

However, all this was in original prospectus and the 33% sharing to Talon known so all these numbers should be taken into any consideration by inverstors already in their decisions.

I bought in a month ago so although I still dont like it I accepted it at the time.
