This is patently incorrect and shows you don't understand even the most basic things about Tesserent's primary competitor. As pointed out already above, CyberCX is exactly the same as Tesserent, a roll-up play (with all the same problems).
At any rate, it's copium to write-off unhappy staff as "just left overs from acquisitions" because Tesserent ACQUIRED those staff with shareholder equity. No intellectual property, you bought the staff. If they're unhappy that's actually WORSE than badged Tesserent employees being upset.
I do not understand shareholders who are not more aggressive in holding your company to account. Why on earth are people here defending management with this track record, it blows my mind.
