    The great Dillution game, from my quick read the strike price is way to low in my view do some at 15c some at 20c and some at 25c.

    Also this will take the unlisted number to 210M so if they become in teh money everyone loses more then 10% through dillution

    Don;t get me wrong love ESOPs, Options and Performance Rights but the targets need to be right !
