Brokers are taking a 6% payment (not shares) plus free options - EverBlu will receive a fee of 6% of the funds raised by it in consideration for their services and will also be issued be issued one (1) broker option for every three (3) Placement Shares issued (Broker Options), resulting in up to 26,750,000 Broker Options.
Sixty-Two Capital will receive a fee of 6% of the funds raised by it in the Placement in consideration for their services and will also be issued one (1) Broker Option for every three (3) Placement Shares issued, resulting in up to 4,916,667 Broker Options"
so that's 31,666,667 FREE Options to be issued
