I posted on another thread after doing all the maths about the fact that we may have shot ourselves in the foot in trying to get MT off the board, rather than TC or CI (in short MT was providing the best, and only, ROI for the company).

But, what it also means is that he’s not a director anymore, just an employee. So, whist we can vote on Director’s remuneration, we can’t on employees. And as much as we may want to complain about his pay, there’s nothing we can do about it. Maybe this should have also been taken into consideration before ‘making a deal with devil’ (as somebody posted) and getting him removed.
