    I'm not an accountant and so don't fully understand the intricacies of this particular goodwill. I do know that it is not typical, in that it is not related to past SKT acquisitions (excess of price over book).

    So I really don't know why it continues to be carried on the books. As far as I'm concerned, it is irrelevant.
