Good comments. I tend not to think in terms of take-over probabilities/premiums. Suffice to say a knowledgeable acquirer would know the business is worth much more than its market cap. Completely agree with your comments. Imagine the cost/time of building all those relationships, acquiring all those subscribers, all those rights etc.
I agree, even without it earning a cent, RugbyPass is looking very valuable. And yes, they threw the kitchen sink at the Rugby League, but thank god they did.
