If they are doing all that ASIC and ASX require then they should pass a strike motion and put it to a vote as they issued shares without shareholder approval (which is a massive breach) in 2019 AGM which were used (there is a record of this) to vote in their favour barely winning them the vote. This will be a move that shows they are doing right by ASIC and ASX legislative requirements.
