Lodgement of the relevant ASX disclosures was the responsibility of the Company Secretary and the Directors were unaware that Mr Gaston, the Company Secretary at the time, did not lodge the required Appendices 3X with the ASX.
Maybe if they had skin in the game, they would have realised no Appendix 3X's had been announced. Unless you are in Antarctica, when you hold shares in a company, don't you keep track when they make an announcement?
Seriously, how incompetent can you get, anyone supporting this company deserves to be bankrupted - how many warnings do you need. Shut it down and sell for scrap. Many years of garbage, yet they manage to survive and screw holders again and again.
