Does them having no idea add to their management ability/skills...

Does them having no idea add to their management ability/skills and how across the company they are?? It seems to me that the company needs directors and a management team with more dedication to this company and to be across the complete running of the company! I feel that this company is not getting the attention it needs, and with the multiple other companies that management are involved in is of concern imo as APG is breaching listing rules which is not acceptable.
