I assume, like many other company's, you can actually request the company to put together a T20 now... rather than waiting till the last week of April.. has anyone tried ?
As to the sale / transfer of enough shares to make a change to the Top 20. Disclosure of substantial changes such as this have to be followed by a 604 Notice of change of interests of substantial holder. Did that not happen ?
