Basically Pentwater are declaring under take over rules that is owns over 5% of the business by either shares or derivatives.
anyone know anything of Pentwater, seems to be a hedge fund for the Uber rich less that 30 stakeholders running a book in excess of 7 bill.
Any info appreciated interested to know more, sure some have a vast knowledge worth sharing.
