We don’t know: settlement dates, counterparties, whether Pentwater are positioned for a full takeover or just a re-rate based on upcoming catalysts, and the full reason for why they are using derivatives instead of owning the shares (although this has some more obvious answers).
We do know: A hedge fund has made a large bet that the share price will go up
