- Sedgman have provided a public agreement to the amount in dispute is now $6.8 million (rather than the $20 million that has been contested). This makes it quite a significant fall in the claim;
- that Sedgman "is currently reviewing the DAB decision in detail to determine if the claims against DCB should be referred to arbitration." If there adamant about taking the claim further then the wording would be more confident.
