Also whats missing is where the legal issues relate in regard to this release - actually there aren't any so IMHO, there has to be something coming regards JV's "shortly", even so 8 months was a long time to do a report and the result is a 23% fall from 5.9, remembering we had hit was it 7.x cents prior. Just my mumblings but doesn't feel quite right. GLTH
