I posted earlier on yesterday's news being a precursor to better news. I think that the brake was heavily on while this report was not released to the market. I also think that its delivery was a pre-condition to something else being consummated. Its delay caused a news vacuum.
Revenue raising could be connected with its delivery imo.
Let's see if I am right!
