The delay was all Dr Corbett. Definitely not Peters fault, he would have spent a lot of money on Dr Corbetts advice and report and Peter would have expected a timely, professional and comprehensive report.
As I stated a couple of weeks ago, Corbetts reputation may take a hit here.
