I agree, GMD seems has neither gold nor capital, they simply taking advantage of the current sentiment of POG and some troubled miners.
They need some big CR to fun the merger and acquisition.
They can only approach those miners are in trouble, like SBM and DCN.
Purely opportunistic, can't expect the offers have any premium in it.
