Will STX walk away? No idea, but if their concerns were a deal breaker, they may well have. I don't know what went on there either, I can only go by what is in the AFR for first deal, and STX's announcement for the second. According to Mir, the breakdown occurred last night. Sounds right as yesterday afternoon the leaks were coming out.
