You would have to be pretty game to entertain a 3rd offer.
There would need to be some serious humility and overwhelming desire for a win/win plan to be able to turm this around.
Shouldnt be hard, hey we just screwed up and wiped $120m off our MC. Lets turn it around all get it all back and more but thats not how it works.

STX shorters would be looking at this as an opportumity to push this under 38-40c support levels and if that happens then the numbers aren't going to stack up.

I feel some good news is required to help salvage this if its at all possible and Im not sure it is.

Uncertainty over Walyering start date and our finances need to be clarified asap as credibility takes a long time to built and seconds to be destroyed and neither sides shareholders can have huge confidence in their management currently imo
