I imagine these two projects/ holdings would be viewed as liabilities not assets so let’s not muddy the waters with all these different scenarios re the T/O of TPD which is what this is.The offer being.4828 STX shares for 1 TPD share less the Mongolian asset. That’s as simple and straightforward as it is. I’m invested from both sides of the fence and all I can see coming from all this argy bargy is a poor outcome for both sides so let’s just get it done and move forward with both sides being winners. By the way I haven’t seen too many other players rushing into this play.
