The area we still disagree is that regarding fair value. The 21c in STX shares plus Mongolia offer was a 25 to 50 or so percent uplift on the pre-speculation stock price... That would have been a decent premium and fair imo.

Dead issue though now, unless the sides have another crack at it in coming days, weeks or months.
